Lance Incitti, CSM Managing Partner

Lance along with his wife Ruth started the business in August of 1987 as a franchisee of a major international search firm. Prior to opening the business, Lance had a prestigious career in the retail loss prevention field, including Vice President of Loss Prevention for a major retail chain. Lance also owned his own retail store prior to opening RPS Search Group, Inc. In November of 2008 the firm was no longer associated with the franchisor and in June 2009 RPS Search Group, Inc became RPS Search Group of NJ, LLC. Lance brings his years of knowledge and experience in the loss prevention field to his placement specialty areas of retail loss prevention, security operations, finance, logistics, audit and inventory control positions. He has been married to Ruth for 40 years, has two married daughters and greatly enjoys spending time with his four grandchildren. In addition to being very active in Kiwanis at both the state and international levels, he also enjoys bicycling, golf and photography. Lance is a graduate of Seton Hall University - and is still an avid Pirate fan!

Ruth Incitti Administrative Partner

Ruth is the Member/Owner of the company and manages the core of the business, the administration and finance areas. Prior to opening the business with Lance, Ruth had a career in the corporate world as an administrative assistant. Ruth brings with her to the business the knowledge and skills she gained while owning and managing her own secretarial firm. Ruth is an active Kiwanis volunteer, Past President of the Denville, New Jersey Kiwanis Club and does volunteer work with the American Cancer Society. Ruth also enjoys bicycling and likes to relax with yoga and a good cup of tea. She is a graduate of Katharine Gibbs.
